To that end, we have developed our 9-Point Architect Promise. This is our commitment to you (and your clients) as your building partner:

During Design

1. Provide access to accurate specifications and cost estimates - just ask and we will research options and accurate costs for you

2. Be available to assist and advise...but not direct or change the architectural development process

3. Work as your partner, not as a rival

During Budgeting

4. Enhance your relationship and reputation with the client and never say, "this design is wrong"

5. Provide complete 100% planning and detailed specifications before construction begins

6. Provide a guaranteed budget for your client not to change unless they add or change something after the project starts

During Building

7. Build your vision to your design

8. Call and confer with you when any questions arise on the job and provide options not just problems

9. Be an advocate for your client and their needs and continue to be a builder who is truly Michigan's leader in Green Construction and has been since 1996.
