Gregory, MI Lake House
We tore down a dated lakeside cottage and started over. This gorgeous custom designed home sits right on the lake and provides beautiful, comfortable, and very energy efficient living. Built on a well insulated crawl space to avoid the water table, the homeowners have all the space they need for entertaining guests, plus a panoramic view of the lake from all lakeside rooms. A perfect example of collaboration between the client, the builder and the architect to fulfill the homeowner's dreams.
